Everyone Sails – 16X9 Watercolor $90
Everyone sails away at some point. Everyone.
Some go with a crew and some solo, but the commonality is that they all head out to that great big sea and it’s OK.
We’d all get tired of maintaining that boat year after year anyway and they say the two best times in a boater’s life is the day they get their boat and the day they sell it.
This is the view from our bay, across from the lighthouse. It’s usually fairly calm in here, as it’s protected by a break wall at the mouth, but once you get past that point, if your sails are out, the wind will move you…fast.
Next thing you know 20 turns to 30 which turns to 40, then 50, and you get the point.
I suppose I’d advise you all to take on as many adventures and holidays as you can in this bay, then when the wind picks up, just go with it, the thrills get bigger as the wind gets quicker. Stay calm, stay on course, and let go of the wheel from time to time.
Everyone sails away and it’s OK.
